Return Policy
We only offer exchanges or store credit for online orders. All returns must be received within 14 days of receiving your order to be eligible for an exchange or store credit. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from order date. Items must be unworn, with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse or issue partial store credit based on the condition of the item. Items that appear to be worn, have stains, pet hair, or odors (such as cigarette smoke or deodorant) will not be accepted.
Returns are processed within 2-3 business days of receiving the return. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to show up on your account (based on your bank’s processing times).
Please enclose the original receipt so we can locate your order efficiently and process your return quickly. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference.
Final Sale Items
Discounted items of 25% or more are final sale and cannot be returned. All clearance items, including “deal of the day” or flash sale items, intimate apparel (such as bralettes, bodysuits, leggings, bike shorts, sticky bras, swimsuits, and sports bras), pre-orders, grab bags, and accessories are also final sale.
Defective Items
While we make every effort to thoroughly inspect our garments before shipment, sometimes a flaw may slip through. If you receive a defective item, please take a photo of the damage or flaw and email us immediately at bismarck@apricotlaneusa.com. We will get back to you within 2 business days. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
Please note that exact colors may vary due to photography lighting, lenses, and computer monitor resolutions. These variations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will be responsible for return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
